As most of you may know I really love my animals… Yes, I am the crazy person who responds to my cat when it meows saying “yes, I know it is…”. Yip, I am a crazy animal lover and there is not really anything that you can do about it. When the wonderful people at Hill’s offered me the #HillsKittyCuddler bed I have to admit that I had to pause and think about whether I thought my two would go for a bed.
Now let me explain; Petra is a lap cap, she will sit where-ever there is a lap and pretty much nowhere else, Tilly is a lot less fussy but likes her certain spots all over the house and doesn’t think about sitting anywhere else. We have tried so many different types of beds, cushion beds, hide-away beds, baby blankets, ottomans everything and the two of them completely ignore them and so I didn’t hold out much hope for the #HillsKittyCuddler.
To my surprise though Tilly popped straight into it after I put it in her ‘usual spot’ then a few nights ago Petra was curled up inside… It would seem the #HillsKittyCuddler is a winner! The #hillskittycuddler super-snuggly beds have been available from the 1st of June, they come in a choice of four colours with each purchase of two medium bags of Hill’s Science Plan (3kgs to 5kgs) or Ideal Balance Feline (2.72kgs to 6.8kgs).
Hill’s Science Plan and Hill’s Ideal Balance Feline are naturally preserved, completely balanced and scientifically-formulated to meet a cat’s specific nutritional needs. This bed offer is available while stocks last and terms and conditions do apply. Thank you Hill’s for including a bag of Petra & Tilly’s favorite food… they’ve been scoffing it down and begging for more!

Here are some tips from Marycke Ackhurst from Hill’s on encouraging your cat to sleep in its new bed:
- Place the bed wherever the cat usually likes to sleep (which may even be on top of your bed J)
- Elevate the bed in a raised spot – cats like to look down on the world
- Place favourite toys in the bed
- A sprinkling of catnip or valerian may make the bed more appealing.
Go on, spoil your cat this winter with this fleecy lined warm bed… Don’t forget that if you’re cold the chances of your fur-babies being cold is pretty high too!
